To climb the ladder of this life and to get to the top is not an easy tax,when you get there,to retained that top position is not as easy as you climb to that top. It can take 2 to 3yrs for somebody to overcome his predicament, downfall of a man is not the end of his life. Life is up and down.no permanent place for human beings on this earth,that's why we see young boy of yesterday speed over the older ones. there was a time money was coming into my hand,they gave me the respect and the honour that I deserved,once u lack,they will rant,shout at you talk back at you look u down nearly ask u to come and clean their sheet even ask you to go to hell, to the extend of asking you to life their home. They will remind you what they did for you at the past,if at all you never ask them to flashback. If at all from nothing you still find means to make them happy. In did life is a teacher.

14 pounds baby born in Colorado

A woman in southern Colorado was surprised when she gave birth to a baby girl who tipped the scales at almost 14 pounds. Mia Yasmin Hernandez was born by cesarean section Monday 1/12/14 in Alamosa, weighing 13 pounds, 13 ounces. She was flown to a hospital outside Denver because she had low glucose levels and trouble breathing. Her father says she's doing well and the family hopes to take her home soon. Alisha Hernandez, was expecting a 7- pound baby. Mia's father, Francisco Garcia, says the newborn's size shocked everyone, including hospital staff. He says, "They were like, 'Whoa!' They opened their eyes like they've never seen a baby like that."

boys buried in snow pile heard rescuers calling

NEWBURGH, N.Y. (AP) — Two boys trapped in a snow pile for about seven hours after a plow buried them could hear their worried family's cries but couldn't respond loudly enough to be heard, they said Friday. Police credited an air pocket with saving their lives. The two cousins, 11-year-old Elijah Martinez and 9-year-old Jason Rivera, were building a snow fort Wednesday night across the street from Elijah's apartment in Newburgh when a plow operator clearing a parking lot unknowingly pushed snow over them. Buried in about 5 feet of snow, they could barely move and couldn't breathe very well, so they could do nothing as they heard the anguished cries nearby. Jason lost his gloves. His hat flew off. APPEAL COURT UPTURNS LAGOS COURT DECISION ON NUMBER PLATES The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos  delivered judgement in favor of the FRSC in an Appeal filed by the FRSC against the judgement of the Federal High Court, Lagos in the case of Emmanuel Ofoegbu v FRSC on 26th March 2014.The Fed High Court had ruled that the FRSC had no powers to set deadlines for motorists to change over to the new number plates and drivers licence. In a Judgment delivered by Justice Joseph Ike with Justice Ndukwe Anyanwu and Justice Tukur as members, the Court of Appeal : 1. Upheld the validity of the National Road Traffic Regulations 2012. 2. held that the validity of the old number plate bought by the Respondent expired on 13th October 2014 the deadline issued by FRSC. 3. dissolved the Order of injunction by the trial court restraining FRSC from setting deadline for change over to the new number plates and observed that the 13th October 2014 deadline had passed. Group condemns slave auction of Nigerians in Libya

Neo Black Movement (NBM) has condemned human trafficking and slave auction of Nigerians and other Africans in Libya. In a press statement issued yesterday, the organization's president, Felix Kupa stressed the need for communities and families to take the initiative of encouraging their children and wards to pursue education, apprenticeship and trade instead of embarking on journeys that often end in death, rapes and other forms of evils. He urged the government to collaborate with community leaders, parents and other stakeholders to address the problem. He said "the organization has engaged some communities in Delta State (Warri, Ughelli and Efurum), partnering with the leaders to discourage the youths who embark on such deadly trips."
