To climb the ladder of this life and to get to the top is not an easy tax,when you get there,to retained that top position is not as easy as you climb to that top. It can take 2 to 3yrs for somebody to overcome his predicament, downfall of a man is not the end of his life. Life is up and down.no permanent place for human beings on this earth,that's why we see young boy of yesterday speed over the older ones. there was a time money was coming into my hand,they gave me the respect and the honour that I deserved,once u lack,they will rant,shout at you talk back at you look u down nearly ask u to come and clean their sheet even ask you to go to hell, to the extend of asking you to life their home. They will remind you what they did for you at the past,if at all you never ask them to flashback. If at all from nothing you still find means to make them happy. In did life is a teacher.

Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole ShareThis Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole was born on April 4, 1952 in Iyamoh, near Auchi in today's Edo State. He was born into the humble family of Alhaji Aliyu Oshiomhole of blessed memory and Alhaja Aishetu Oshiomhole. After his secondary education, Adams Oshiomhole proceeded to the Ruskin College, Oxford where he majored in economics and industrial relations. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru. In 1969 before his tertiary education, he had taken up appointment with the Arewa Textiles Company. He was inspired to play an active role in the union because he was not satisfied with the quality of the union's leadership. Oshiomhole's other colleagues in the textile factory elected him as the union secretary after a shop-floor revolution, which he helped to organize. He became a full time trade organizer in 1975. Ikokore : An Ijebu Food

Ifokore, is a Yam Pottage dish made with Water Yam  not White Yam. It is a pottage recipe from the Ijebu people of Ogun state and ijebu from Lagos state , Nigeria. I’m yet to come across an Ijebu person who doesn’t love Ikokore,  Ikokore remains a staple in an ijebu household. To really enjoy Ikokore, you’ll need to incorporate as much proteins as you possibly can to enrich it. Your best bets are Shaki, ( intestine ) Ponmo, Chicken, Goat meat, Gizzard, Smoked Turkey, Smoked Fish, Panla, Eja Kika, the more the merrier. The authentic Ikokore recipe requires no blended pepper, it calls for just Scotch Bonnet (Ata rodo) and in some cases, dry ground pepper but I’m not too keen on hot and spicy dishes so I settle for Shombo.
