After interviewing gurus that counsel both
men and women on dating, we noticed
something that was quite curious. Some of
their dating advice was actually gender-
neutral and could be applied to both sexes. As
we see it, good advice is good advice.
Here are the top five dating tips for both men
and women:
1. Be open minded
2. Don’t research before a first date. You can
“Google them” later
3. Don’t bring baggage. Avoid talking about
past relationships
4. Be honest about yourself. Starting a
relationship based on lies is never a good idea
5. Leave on a high note. Keep things short
and sweet. Better to leave the other person
wanting more

Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole ShareThis Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole was born on April 4, 1952 in Iyamoh, near Auchi in today's Edo State. He was born into the humble family of Alhaji Aliyu Oshiomhole of blessed memory and Alhaja Aishetu Oshiomhole. After his secondary education, Adams Oshiomhole proceeded to the Ruskin College, Oxford where he majored in economics and industrial relations. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru. In 1969 before his tertiary education, he had taken up appointment with the Arewa Textiles Company. Ikokore : An Ijebu Food

Ifokore, is a Yam Pottage dish made with Water Yam  not White Yam. It is a pottage recipe from the Ijebu people of Ogun state and ijebu from Lagos state , Nigeria. I’m yet to come across an Ijebu person who doesn’t love Ikokore,  Ikokore remains a staple in an ijebu household. To really enjoy Ikokore, you’ll need to incorporate as much proteins as you possibly can to enrich it. Your best bets are Shaki, ( intestine ) Ponmo, Chicken, Goat meat, Gizzard, Smoked Turkey, Smoked Fish, Panla, Eja Kika, the more the merrier. The authentic Ikokore recipe requires no blended pepper, it calls for just Scotch Bonnet (Ata rodo) and in some cases, dry ground pepper but I’m not too keen on hot and spicy dishes so I settle for Shombo.
