Black Girls Rock said by Obama's wife.

Michelle Obama celebrated the
beauty, power and tenacity of black women while spreading her
own message of education for girls at Black Girls Rock!, an annual
event honoring trailblazing women of color from all walks of life.
"No matter who you are, no matter where you come from, you are
beautiful," Obama told the crowd, which included many young
black girls.
"I am so proud of you. My husband, your president, is so proud of
you," she added. "We have so much hope and dreams for you."

Kemi Adeosun resigned her job

Kemi Adeosun, the minister of finance, resigned her appointment so as not to be a baggage to President Muhammadu Buhari’s re-election bid, her associates have told TheCable. Daily Trust broke the news of her resignation on Friday following a report by Premium Times that she presented a forged NYSC exemption certificate as part of her credentials. But TheCable learnt that she was still working in her office as at noon on Friday, casting doubts on her resignation. However, two of her close associates told TheCable that she “toed the path of honour by choosing to step down so that her NYSC issue will not be used against the president and the party” in the 2019 electioneering. “Posterity will judge her for going the honourable thing by resigning,” one of the associates said. Ikokore : An Ijebu Food

Ifokore, is a Yam Pottage dish made with Water Yam  not White Yam. It is a pottage recipe from the Ijebu people of Ogun state and ijebu from Lagos state , Nigeria. I’m yet to come across an Ijebu person who doesn’t love Ikokore,  Ikokore remains a staple in an ijebu household. To really enjoy Ikokore, you’ll need to incorporate as much proteins as you possibly can to enrich it. Your best bets are Shaki, ( intestine ) Ponmo, Chicken, Goat meat, Gizzard, Smoked Turkey, Smoked Fish, Panla, Eja Kika, the more the merrier. The authentic Ikokore recipe requires no blended pepper, it calls for just Scotch Bonnet (Ata rodo) and in some cases, dry ground pepper but I’m not too keen on hot and spicy dishes so I settle for Shombo. Pubic crabs: what you need to know

1 .  The name “crabs” refers to the crab-like appearance of public lice. The louse has a rounded body, six legs, some of which have claws which help it hang onto coarse pubic hair. 2. The most common symptom of crabs is itching in the pubic area. This itching is caused by an allergic reaction to the bites, and usually starts about five days after a person gets crabs. 3. Much like head lice, crabs cannot jump; they crawl from one host to another. 4. Pubic lice found on children’s eyelashes may be a sign of sexual exposure or abuse. 5. When you have pubic lice, it’s advisable to get tested for other STI’s. A check-up is usually recommended as a precaution.  6.
